About Denver ACL Surgeon, Dr. Schneider

Denver ACL surgeon, David Schneider is a native Coloradoan. After graduating from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, he completed his orthopaedic training at PennState, assisting in the care of the PennState Nittany Lions football team. He completed a sports medicine fellowship at the prestigious Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic, where he participated in the care of the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA), Dodgers (MLB), Kings (NHL), Galaxy (MLS), and Sparks (WNBA), and the Anaheim Angels (MLB), Mighty Ducks (NHL), and the University of Southern California football and athletic teams. Dr. Schneider is presently team physician for the US Rugby team. His areas of expertise include shoulder, elbow, and knee surgery. He has spoken at numerous national and international scientific meetings, and has authored many scientific articles and chapters on the clinical and scientific aspects of orthopaedics and sports medicine. He was won many national awards in orthopedics. Dr. Schneider and his wife have four children, and they enjoy alpine sports, basketball, volleyball, and trips to Grand Lake.
